Who This Is For

Private Equity & VCs

Evaluating acquisition targets or investment opportunities. You need to understand technical risk, scalability, and hidden costs before you write the check.

Strategic Acquirers

Acquiring companies for technology, team, or customers. You need to know: Is the tech real? Can it scale? What's the integration risk?

Boards & Investors

You need independent technology assessment of a portfolio company. Is the CTO's plan realistic? Are the risks being managed?

Companies Raising Capital

Get ahead of investor technical diligence. Fix issues before they become deal-blockers. Show technical strength, not just product screenshots.

What It Costs

Pre-LOI red-flag review
$9,000 CAD

Two to three days. A focused look at the target's architecture, team, and biggest risks, with a verbal readout and a short memo. For deciding whether to keep going.

Full technical due diligence
from $30,000 CAD

Data room review, code and infrastructure assessment, licence and dependency scan, management and team interviews, a written report, and a readout with your deal team. Scoped on the size and complexity of the target.

Rates are in Canadian dollars. USD quoted on request. I work directly with the deal team — you get 25 years of operating experience, not a junior associate with a template.
